Returns and refunds

Because each product is made to order, purchases become non-refundable after 24 hours, once they have entered the assembly process. Should you notice any manufacturing defects, we are happy to review them. Please carefully check your straps when they arrive and contact us within 30 days if you have any concerns. Refunds may be granted following a case-by-case evaluation.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from an error on our part.
