How do I make a purchase?
Simply select the items you wish to buy. Go to check out. Choose your shipping and payment method and we will start the process. Then ship as soon as you good are ready.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you payment goes through.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We definitely do. When you go to check out and you are putting in your shipping information in. If for some reason you don't see you country of origin please email us at support@thoughthredz.com
When will my order be shipped?
Every item is made to order. The Straps are handcrafted. There will be some time to make you order. If you ask for a custom color there will be an additional week for the color to be made.
What is your return policy?
All changes and cancelation can take place in the first 24 hours. After 24 hours all sales are final. Once you custom order goes into production the sale is final.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
You can expect you order in 3-6 weeks.
